(Nasdaq: NMHC), a national independent pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) doing business as NMHCRX, announced that it has acquired the assets of Integrail, a health information management company, based in Latham, NY for $1,400,000 in cash, $700,000 of which will be paid into escrow subject to Integrail achieving specific operational milestones within the first year. Integrail assists healthcare payers and providers manage risk, contain medical costs, and improve quality of care through its software applications, analytics, and services.
